For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery.
We do deliver to PO Boxes. But We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.

These include: USPS, UPS, TNT, DHL, Fedex and etc. The orders usually are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online immediately. It is arrival you in 3-5 days. If you did not receive shipping notification letter, please check your mail box or contact us.
Cancellations

No matter what reasons,if you wanna cancell or return your order just contact us to process,no ask any questions.Just make sure the items are original condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that were not purchased online or through our retail stores.
Faulty Items
Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to reasons, we will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
